<p><span>This is interesting because it's a topic that gets close to what might fall into the spam world. </p>
<p>Matt talks about sending people from different countries to different parts of your site based on IP Delivery. He specifically says that you should not show different content to Googlebot. </p>
<p>If you do that then you are not in violation of Google Webmaster Quality Guidelines. </p>
