How should I serve different content based on user location?

This is interesting because it’s a topic that gets close to what might fall into the spam world.

Matt talks about sending people from different countries to different parts of your site based on IP Delivery. He specifically says that you should not show different content to Googlebot.

If you do that then you are not in violation of Google Webmaster Quality Guidelines.
