This is an interesting video pointing out tactics he uncovered another seo implementing. This other seo was stuffing links to all of their clients into a flyout menu at the bottom of their clients’ pages. The html looks like standard text links. But the links are controlled by cascading style sheets so you only see them if you hover over them. Definitely a bit shady… and quite easy for Google to detect. They are risking all of their clients’ sites by doing this. Google has been known to remove entire groups of sites that used less than ethical practices implemented by their seo company. Google does not care if you know it’s against their terms of service or not. They’ll just kick you out.
This really is a cautionary video. Companies that are using seo services must be aware of all the tactics they are using. The search engines will hold you responsible.

But they also offer some good information about search engine optimization. They talk a lot about Google PageRank and link popularity. They also discuss using targeted key phrases in the title tag and body content. They discuss using reciprocal linking to do build links. Reciprocal linking is the act of giving a link to one site in exchange for them giving a link to you. As an aside, I would like to mention that one way links are a bit more valuable than reciprocal links.
